Where does The Line by K ship?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders within the US are typically processed within 2-3 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I care for my garments?
To maintain the integrity of our signature fabrics, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the inner label of each piece.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team immediately and we will do our best to assist.
