At The Line by K, we want you to feel confident in every piece you own; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
